(Date and time posted and emailed Friday of Week 3)EXAM CONTENT: The final exam may include anything we've covered from Chapters 2, 3, 5, & 6. Thus, the final exam may include anything we've covered from Assignment 17 through the end of the course.There will be a slightly greater emphasis on the material from Chapters 2 and 6 (material not covered on Exam 2).
- The final exam will be roughly the length of two regular exams.
- Recall that the final exam is worth 30% of your course grade.
- I will provide you with this crib sheet (click here).
- The final exam may contain questions about Maple.
- Please do NOT ask me any questions during the final exam. I will not answer them.
- It would be wise to carry spare calculator batteries with you during the week of final exams.
- Each student should bring his or her own calculator.
- Have all electtronic devices completely powered down and stowed before the exam begins.
- No audio devices (headphones, MP3 players, etc.) are permitted during the exam.
Recall that students are expected to take the final exam at the scheduled time. Sorry, but wishing to leave campus early does not constitute a legitimate, unavoidable conflict. See the Final Exam Policy.
It is your responsibility to check for scheduling conflicts with other final exams and resolve them immediately.
If another teacher reschedules one of your final exams and causes a scheduling conflict, then it is that teacher's responsibility to resolve the conflict.
